POSITION SUMMARY
This job position ensures administrative management of Canteen and Housing, ensuring that both facilities run according to required standard and budget. A variety of routine and specialized functions involving communications, word processing, spread sheeting, and data entry will be required. Routine control and receipt of contracted produce and services is expected.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage administrative and running aspects of Canteen and Housing facilities according to established procedures and budget.
- Control and receive produce and services from different contractors and management of available stock to ensure availability of housing and canteen services as required.
- Organize special events/visits as instructed and according to the budget established.
- Maintain historical reference and records data either on existing computer systems or others.
- Take notes; type professional memos and reports; prepare and send correspondence via mail, express mail, e-mail, and fax machine; answer and route phone calls in a professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- BA degree.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the similar position or related field, preferably in international working environments.
- Can communicate well in English (verbal and written) and be computer literate.
- Good communication skills and supportive mindset. Friendly, detailed and careful person.
- Can work independently and as a team member.
- Available to work overtime when required.
